Shimano G05A-RX Disc Brake Pads | Resin

Shimano G05A disc brake pads made of synthetic resin with aluminum backing plates. Wear resistance is improved by 50% compared to the previous G03A model. Recommended for XTR, Deore XT, SLX, Deore, and Alfine calipers.

Synthetic resin brake pads are quieter than metallic pads, but offer slightly lower performance and greater wear. Metallic pads are more durable than resin pads, more resistant to fading, and offer consistent deceleration in both dry and wet conditions. Metallic brake pads can generate noise during braking.
