E-Bike OILS

OLI's eBike division was founded in 2015 in Cesena. This is where engineers designed the first prototypes, experimented with them, and established the first production line.
Today, it is the research and development facility for all eBike products: 10 dedicated engineers, two 3D printers, machine tools, a fully functional production line, and many test bikes work every day to develop and bring exciting new products into production. As the team is growing every month, we have moved customer service to a new building:
from here, we want to offer the best dealer support in every language! A newly built video room will allow us to offer online training for dealers worldwide.

A global company

As part of a large international family, OLI eBike's future strategy
 includes starting production facilities wherever the market needs them.
The first example is the plant in China. Here, at our parent company
  WOLONG, we have the first semi-automated assembly line for drive units.
To ensure safety and guarantee the highest quality standards worldwide,
 a testing machine is included at the end of each production line. 
All these machines are then calibrated in Cesena, Italy, and shipped
 to the eBike assembly location.
